ZINQCOAT HD
Heavy-duty sacrificial protection for demanding assets.
A single-component, fast-drying zinc coating with 88% (±2%) zinc in the dry film, designed as an on-site alternative to hot-dip galvanizing or metallization across severe industrial and marine applications.

Dry-film thickness is selected by steel thickness, from 50–75 µm up to 200–225 µm.
03Duplex system synergy+
Compatible two-component epoxy or polyurethane topcoats can be used; alkyd topcoats should be avoided.
04Verified performance+
Documented references include ASTM A780, SSPC-SP20 Type II Level 1 and ASTM D520 Type III zinc dust.
